The Champs I program is year-round and designed for players who are active tournament participants at the USTA National level (L1 and L2) and ITF tournaments. Players should commit to train a minimum of two days per week Monday through Friday on the following schedule:
- 2:00 – 5:00 pm (maximum of 14 players daily)
- 3:00 – 6:00 pm (maximum of 14 players daily)
Additionally, players may choose to train on Saturday and Sunday on the following schedule:
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (maximum of 14 players daily)
Each three-hour training block includes a fitness session.
