The Champs I program is year-round and designed for players who are active tournament participants at the USTA National level (L1 – L5). Players should commit to train a minimum of two days per week Monday through Friday on the following schedule:
- 2:00 – 5:00 pm
- 4:00 – 7:00 pm
Additionally, players may choose to train on Sunday on the following schedule:
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Each three-hour training block includes a fitness session.
Each player who trains a minimum of three days a week will create a player development plan with the assistance of a Champs I coach. Meetings may be scheduled with the Champs I coaching staff to discuss player progress.
Students enrolled in the Champs I program will receive a complimentary week of summer training equivalent to the number of days enrolled per week during the school year. Players who join the program mid-year will receive the member rate. Any player leaving the JTCC program during the year will not receive free summer training weeks. 60 day notice is required to cancel a high performance training contract.
Registration is open for the 2022-2023 program (September 6 – June 2).
