NEW ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

JTCC is pleased to announce the appointment of seven new advisory board members:

Olivia Byrne 

Byrne heads the Real Estate group in the Washington D.C. office of K&L Gates and also spearheads the Economic Incentives practice nationally for K&L Gates.  She focuses on public policy, legislative counseling, real estate transactions, new markets tax credits, tax increment financing, public/private partnerships, public finance and tax exempt bonds. Byrne has a daughter enrolled in JTCC programming.

Gregory Davis 

Davis chairs PRM Consulting Group’s Executive Search Practice specializing in talent acquisition for business, not-for-profit associations and academic institutions. He has more than 21 years of experience. He is a former Board member of Beauvoir, the DC Lottery and Trustee of the Mountain Institute in addition to being an enthusiastic tennis player.

Pat Delaney 

Delaney is the Director of Government Solutions at the University of Maryland University College and is also leading a study of the JTCC impact on graduate success in college, career, and life. She served as JTCC’s Chief Administrative Officer from 1999-2002 and is an avid tennis player who won the All Japan Girls’ Singles Championship and represented Stanford.

Senator Byron Dorgan  

Dorgan is a former United States Senator and United States Congressman from North Dakota and currently works as a senior policy adviser for the Washington, DC law firm Arent Fox LLP. He served 12 years in the U.S. House and 18 years in the Senate. He was a member of the Senate Democratic leadership for 16 years, first as Assistant Democratic Floor Leader and then as Chairman of the Democratic Policy Committee and Chairman of the Committee on Indian Affairs. Dorgan is a New York Times Bestselling Author of four books and in his spare time he is an avid tennis player.

Eric Joseph 

Joseph is the managing partner of the Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington, D.C. office.  He specializes in supporting public and private boards on CEO succession, and board effectiveness and composition; He is a member of the firm’s CEO & Board Practice and Global Technology & Services Practice.  Joseph also leads the firm’s North American Education, Non Profit and Social Enterprise practice group.  Joseph grew up in the Washington D.C. area and was a highly competitive player in the Mid-Atlantic junior ranks until he went to college at Washington & Lee University (class of ’88).  He loves the game and still plays competitive tennis regularly.

Paul Sheridan 

Sheridan is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has significant experience in representing companies and private equity firms in corporate and transactional matters, private and public offerings, venture capital financing and general company representation. Sheridan has three children who play tennis at JTCC.

George Walker 

Walker is president of Air Ventures LLC, an airport food and beverage concessionaire and OSI-MB, Inc., an airport retail concessionaire.  He has 20 years of experience in the airport concession business and currently owns and operates restaurants, quick serve and retail concessions in 8 US airports. Walker played on the tennis team at Pomona College and still gets on court whenever time allows.
