Brian TsaoMarketing and Communications Manager / Co-Director of Athlete Development
Brian trained at JTCC full-time from 2009-2014. He played Division I Tennis for the University of Louisville and transferred to the University of Maryland. There he became the University of Maryland’s Club Tennis Co-President and established the largest sports club on campus with 322 members. He and his executive board were able to recruit 102 new members in two semesters while increasing the budget by 150%. After his presidency, he spoke at club conferences to aid various clubs in recruitment and management.
Following an accomplished tennis career, including earning a junior national championship, Brian received his bachelor’s degree at the third-ranked kinesiology program in the nation at the University of Maryland. During his time at the university, he refined his skills in motor development, motor control, sports psychology, and biomechanics. As the Co-Director of Athlete Development, Brian continues to sculpt athletes through highly specific and individualized training regimens for each player. Specifically, Brian is responsible for analyzing artificially-intelligent (AI) powered musculoskeletal data and designing development programs ranging from junior, collegiate, and professional athletes.
