JTCC has been expanding beyond tennis workouts to ensure our athletes, members, and member’s family have other fun workout options. We now offer a Fitness Boot Camp that is for all levels as well as a relaxing yoga to help stretch and relax after a busy day.
Rally in 10 – 3 Week Workout
Enjoy an hour long intro to tennis workout that will burn over 400 calories. Learn a new sport and meet new people during your lunch break. These classes include a free pass to JTCC fitness and yoga classes too!
Adults (Age 18+) All levels begginer to advanced are welcome! Includes tennis basic skills mixed in with a cardio workout.

Do you have workout buddies? Have you wanted to train with someone else or several friends and be pushed together towards a common goal? Training with a workout partner or several others has never been more fun and rewarding than when friends commit to a mutual fitness plan. Small group training provides a schedule for improving fitness and reaching your goals. Moderately paged fitness class with sport-specific aspects, designed to enhance court play as well as general fitness levels.
All fitness levels welcome! Classes meet in the back gym and are led by Jonathan Hill.

Hatha Yoga is a Vinyasa yoga practice that focuses on linking breath with movement to aid in strengthening and lengthening muscles at the same time. Students can expect a moderately paced class as they move through traditional yoga postures and sequences to improve flexibility, coordination, and balance. This class is designed to help students with recovery time from other forms of physical exercise. All levels welcome!
