New Fitness Classes Offering For Adults Of All Abilities
Do you have workout buddies? Have you wanted to train with someone else or several friends and be pushed together towards a common goal? Training with a workout partner or several others has never been more fun and rewarding than when friends commit to a mutual fitness plan. Small group training provides a schedule for improving fitness and reaching your goals.
4 week session with classes every Saturday morning starting from October 7th and an additional Intermediate class every Tuesday evening at 7 pm starting from October 17th for 4 weeks. All classes will be held on the JTCC Practice Wall and be led by Jonathan Hill.
|9:00 AM||Beginner (Fundamental class designed to help individuals develop a stronger base as it relates to aerobic capacity and strength)|
|10:00 AM||Intermediate (Moderately paced class with sport specific aspects, designed to enhance court play as well as general fitness levels)|
|11:00 AM||Advanced (Fast paced class with high intensity exercises that will improve strength, agility/mobility, and aerobic output)|
|Member||$40 for 4 weeks|
|Non-Member||$60 for 4 weeks|
|Member||$15 drop in rate for a single class|
|Non-Member||$20 drop in rate for a single class|
Class Instructor Jonathan Hill
Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Jonathan competed in the high jump for the University of Texas-Austin and the University of Maryland from 2009-2013, earning all-Big-12, all-ACC, and second team All-American honors while in college. He still holds the school record at Maryland for the javelin, where he graduated with a bachelors degree in criminal justice & criminology. Jonathan is a certified personal trainer through the national council on strength and fitness. He works with top juniors at JTCC and offers personal training sessions for members.
